The Company:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for maximising the sales and marketing potential of the company’s online marketing channels. Channels under this remit include the website, eshots, web banners (internal/external), HTC Partner Portal, BPPfBS Portal and the CRM tool. You will take ownership of the online customer experience and align this with company’s overall business aims by working seamlessly with all operations of the business (sales, marketing, finance, service, logistics).

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive:

To work with the European team to deliver the e-commerce platform strategy for the UK, to include:
• Embracing e-commerce platform as a business within a business
• Focusing on growing revenue, number of profitable customers using the tool and gross profit
• Ensure all pricing is maintained within e-commerce platform in line with the requirements from the sales and commercial team
• Taking full commercial responsibility for e-commerce platform
• To continually challenge the online systems of the business and make/implement enhancements that continually improve the e-commerce experience and drive revenue
• To provide monthly analysis of all online systems and make recommendations based on the findings
• To manage the content population of all ‘sites’, ensuring they are up to date, on-brand and aligned to the overall sales and marketing campaign objectives
• To manage the e-shot programme
• To manage the development and content of the HTC Partner Portal and BPPfBS Portal
• To manage all inbound online enquiries and report on them monthly
• To manage the marketing element of the CRM tool for the company, including search, data entry/cleansing, profiling, producing supporting documentation, suggesting improvements and working with the provider to maximise the investment
• To protect and extend the integrity of the company’s brand across all online media
• To work with the Blog Author to exploit any opportunities across platforms and ensure it remains on-brand
• To complete any ad-hoc marketing activities as required.


The Candidate:
• Online marketing experience (Degree and/or Field)
• +1 years Marketing Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• IT Skills: MS Office (Desirable: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & HTML)
• Desirable: CIM Certificate
