The company is looking to expand our solution sales team with the addition of an experienced Sales Account Manager to develop new business opportunities and manage existing key accounts.

A clear and confident communicator, you will be capable of forging strong customer relationships with the many stakeholders involved with the procurement of unified contact centre solutions.

The primary functions will include:

· Sourcing new business opportunities and developing telemarketing driven and in-bound leads

· Managing a portfolio of accounts

· Expand customer base in UK

· Strict database and pipeline management

· Networking at industry events and tradeshows

The successful candidate must:

5+ years of experience in sales
Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organisations
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
