The Purpose of the Sales Executive / New Business Development Manager :

To drive forward the next phase in our planned business expansion, we are seeking results focused, ambitious, self-starters, with an established B2B track record. In order to obtain maximum penetration throughout the UK, we require sales professionals who have the ability to work on their own from home, or as part of a team from an office. A true professional in every sense, you will be motivated by achievement, demonstrate excellent presentation skills and relish the opportunity to earn an exceptional salary.


To meet a monthly new business target
To meet pre set KPi`s for self generated new business appointments
To work within a predefined set of postcode areas
To actively promote additional products and services of the company
To actively interact with other BDM`s within Intercity for other products and services.
To be flexible and willing to develop product knowledge of additional products and services.

The ideal Sales Executive / Business Development Manager Candidate will:

Have experience working as a sales executive / business development manager within the telecoms industry
Be motivated to create new business leads as only some will be provided.
Be an exceptionally driven individual who thrives on success
Have a skill-full selling technique, which is persuasive and persistent
