Purpose of the Sales Executive:

The role as Sales Executive is to achieve sales targets by winning new business customers and winning upgrades in named existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

  • To sell products and Services across ICT, Network Services and Mobiles

  • To meet personal sales targets on a monthly basis by closing profitable, commercially sound deals

  • To maintain and develop extensive knowledge on the telecoms marketplace

  • To demonstrate excellent presentation skills

  • To manage major bids and sales process

  • To effectively control the pipeline of opportunities

  • To prepare and present management forecasting and reporting at regular intervals

  • To cross sell other opportunities into customers

  • To work closely with the sales manager, other members of the Regional Sales Teams and Partners to a high standard.

The Ideal Sales Executive willl have the following experience:

Must be able to demonstrate a successful career as a telecoms/data sales specialist with a minimum of 3 years experience. Experience of Converged sales (Voice/Data) and Avaya/Mitel is preferred Knowledge

As Sales Executive you will be expected to:

  • To generate personal sales and the management of any direct reports

  • To ensure that product knowledge is constantly up to date in a frequently changing market

  • To develop leads on new opportunities with regional colleagues

  • To understand customers requirements both for technology and in the wider telecoms marketplace

  • To develop and maintain a good understanding of converged technologies

  • To ensure that the market place perception of our client's Communication Systems are constantly raised and that our customers are aware of the key areas which differentiate us from our competitors
