Our client specialises in everything mobile – from the simple voice-only handset to a Satellite phone that will work up the Atlas Mountains, through to an all singing hosted BlackBerry solution that is totally managed by them, just for their customers. In addition to their mobile products; our client also offers fixed line services such as push to talk enabled systems; high definition video conferencing and PBX and cabling installations.

Our employer is at the forefront of this mobile technological revolution, offering insight into how to develop mobile communication strategies across the globe and are now looking for a new telesales person.

The Purpose of the Telesales Executive/ Telephone Sales:

  • To deliver leads for new sales opportunities to the Sales Managers and ultimately their sales executives for potential new partners by proactively telephoning identified suspects.

  • To deliver sales leads and cross-selling opportunities from existing, lower revenue generating partners.

Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive/ Telephone Sales:

  • Lead Generation – new partners

  • Cold calling identified telecom and IT resellers

  • To introduce the benefits we deliver to our partners

  • To pass the ‘lead’ in to the sales team for follow up by the sales executives

  • To update our systems to enable a record of activity and subsequent leads to be maintained

  • To gain interest in wanting to know more about a various service

The Ideal Telesales Executive/ Telephone Sales Candidate will:

  • Have a confident, polite and easy to listen to telephone manner.

  • Be confident using computers.

  • Have a positive attitude.

  • Have flexibility and quick thinking.

  • (With product training) be able to understand and explain the benefits of using the voice, data and mobile services provided by the company
