Job Description:

Our Company is a young and rapidly growing provider of managed communications and IT services to SMEs.

Our Company has a turnover of £2million and has been well established for 6 years in central London. Our Company is committed to intelligent customer service and are looking for someone who will fully engage with this.

The New Business Field Sales Executive position:

Our Company has recently seen a need to drive on the IT services within the company such as Desktop and Server support. Since developing this area of the business successfully and building up a robust base of customers our company are now looking to significantly scale up activities and therefore, are looking to fill this crucial field sales role.

The Ideal Candidate should have:

• A proven track record of successfully selling IT services into small to medium businesses (ideally 5 years’ experience, however not essential)
• A good set of current and addressable contacts in this area of business
• A good understanding of small and medium sized businesses’ IT needs
• A detailed understanding of commercial and technical attributes of IT services: data, networking, desktop support, routine backups, security, email, etc.
• The ability to interpret customer requirements and effectively communicate them to colleagues and an up-to-date understanding of industry developments.

The ideal New Business Sales Executive candidate will also:

•Will have evidence of formal sales training and corporate level experience but, who is looking to move into a ‘hands-on’ entrepreneurial environment.
•You should be an energetic, self-starter who is keen to learn and have a genuine interest in the needs of small to medium businesses of all kinds.
•You must have a desire to work in a multi-tasking and flexible role.
•The UK offices are based in central London and this role will require some travel across London and the UK to visit customers.
