They have an ambition to diversify their business to provide a serviced temp recruitment offering to the industrial industry within the Hampshire area.

The Purpose of the Business Development Manager:

• To drive forward the next phase in our planned business expansion

• Demonstrate excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

• To meet a monthly new business target
• To help define and meet KPI`s for self-generated new business appointments
• To work within a predefined set of postcode areas
• To be flexible and willing to develop product knowledge of additional products and services
• To report to the Group Sales Director on a regular basis

The ideal Business Development Candidate will:

• Have experience working as a sales executive / business development manager within the temporary recruitment industry
• Be motivated to create new business leads as only some will be provided
• Be an exceptionally driven individual who thrives on success
• Have a skill-full selling technique, which is persuasive and persistent
• Be enthusiastic, professional and passionate
• Have an existing client base, although this is not essential!
